Online stores and web services

Online stores, booking services and customer portals

We develop web services that let customers or staff complete a specific task online. The project may include orders, bookings, account information or connections to existing business systems.

Interface structure01—03
  1. 01Customer account
  2. 02Orders & requests
  3. 03Team workspace

A business needs an online store, booking flow or customer portal with defined functions.

Customers or staff need a shared service instead of managing the same information in separate files.

User actions

We define the steps to order, book, sign in or work with information. The launch scope sets the first version.

Accounts and access

We build the required accounts and roles, assigning access to information and actions deliberately.

Payments and integrations

We connect agreed payment providers or business systems after checking their interfaces, fees and account requirements.

Testing and operation

We check functions, permissions and relevant errors. Handover covers operation, dependencies and supported recovery arrangements.

Security and reliability are part of the work

  • Controlled access. We define staff roles and permissions. The handover includes the agreed accounts and access.
  • Careful use of data. We define the data needed, its storage and permitted use. The rules specify which services may receive sensitive information.
  • Planned recovery. We agree on backups, recovery checks and responsibilities, according to the chosen platform.
  • Maintainable technology. We choose technology that fits the task and can be maintained. Documentation supports operation and future changes.

Features, user roles, integrations and data transfer are agreed individually. External providers retain their own service limits and fees; launch and ongoing operation depend on the chosen setup.

Can we start with a smaller version?

Yes, with a defined set of tasks. Later functions and their dependencies are planned separately.

Can you connect payments or our existing system?

Suitable integrations can be included after checking interfaces and access. The connection is confirmed in the scope.

Can existing data be transferred?

After reviewing its format, quality and permitted use. The transfer scope includes mapping and validation.

The main user action and the systems it depends on help define a useful first version.
