AI automation

AI automation for business processes

We build workflows that reduce repeated handling of documents, data and requests. AI is used for defined tasks, with approved data sources, access rules and human review where needed.

Example scenario01—03
  1. 01Documents & data
  2. 02AI processing
  3. 03Human review

A team repeatedly extracts information, categorizes requests or prepares similar summaries.

An established process needs to move information between approved business tools with less manual copying.

Documents and data

We extract and organize agreed information from documents or data. Formats, fields and processing rules are defined first.

Request categorization

We classify requests for the next step. Unclear cases follow an agreed review or exception path.

Tool integrations

We transfer information between approved tools. Available APIs, permissions and external service limits determine the connection.

Summaries and approval

AI prepares summaries or draft outputs. We define where human approval is required before further use.

Security and reliability are part of the work

  • Controlled access. We define staff roles and permissions. The handover includes the agreed accounts and access.
  • Careful use of data. We define the data needed, its storage and permitted use. The rules specify which services may receive sensitive information.
  • Planned recovery. We agree on backups, recovery checks and responsibilities, according to the chosen platform.
  • Maintainable technology. We choose technology that fits the task and can be maintained. Documentation supports operation and future changes.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Data access, review rules, external provider costs and the handling of exceptions are agreed before use; sensitive actions are not enabled by default.

Hand over operation and exception handling

Is this only for chatbots?

No. It covers document and data processing, request categorization, summaries and integrations between approved tools.

Can it use our existing tools?

Where suitable interfaces and access are available. We check these before confirming the workflow.

Who checks AI results?

Review responsibilities are part of the design. Important decisions and sensitive actions retain agreed human approval.

A description of one repeated task, its inputs and the tools involved provides a useful starting point.
